Classes I teach
A therapeutic class for beginners and those looking to heal from an injury.
A class that uses the great wall rope system and conscious breathwork to anchor the practice. Practice asanas with the security of the wall rope and remain in postures for longer, promoting traction and releasing tension in the spine, major joints and muscle groups. When sequenced well, it is highly effective in creating space in the spine, relieving back pain and nerve compression.
